Here at Gradegold we understand that the success of a catering company is totally underpinned by the quality of its production processes – that’s why we have invested our time and resource in getting this bit of it absolutely right.
We operate our production from a purpose designed and well-maintained 15,000 sq. feet unit, with dedicated areas for specialist processes and products. Our unit is designed to ensure that produce is moved minimally and communication between processes is maximised. Our highly experienced and qualified staff base of 80 are all dedicated to making sure each aspect of our production process runs smoothly and efficiently. It’s because of this optimum efficiency that we can happily and confidently state that our turnaround standards are high, in fact our orders are processed and turned around within 24 hours. That’s precisely what you can expect as our customer.
At Gradegold, we like to ensure our technology is up to date and innovative, so we invest a great in our premium machinery. Our excellent machinery can dice fruit and vegetables down to 2mm cubes, with precision. We also have the technology to slice and baton produce, quickly and accurately.
And it’s not simply in preparation processes, but our packaging technology is also of a high grade; with the ability to vacuum pack, heat seal or supermarket pack produce efficiently and with an excellent, professional finish.
